TDOT does not manage non-TDOT computers and does not have sufficient security rights to administer shared software like Oracle on non-TDOT computers. Therefore Windows 7 (64-bit) requires the 32-bit version of Oracle Client and configuration with the 32-bit version of the ODBC Data Source Administrator.
